Welcome to our community site, the goal of this website is to create a knowledge hub for everyone who is interested in Spaulding Court to participate and collaborate together.

Breaking News:

Friends of Spaulding Court, a domestic non-profit corporation, purchased Spaulding Court on February 22nd, 2010. The ten member board is composed of neighborhood residents and is lead by Jon Koller.

We have adopted a plan and have received some financing to commence work on Spaulding Court. Units will reopen gradually.
